Features
Integrated ejector and vacuum breaking function. It is possible to switch between vacuum generation and destruction air by turning the air supply to the ejector ON/OFF.
Added a function to release breaking air to the ejector.
Vacuum breakage is more reliable than conventional single-piece ejectors.
Significantly lower cost than vacuum generators using regular solenoid valves.
Because it is small and lightweight, it can be used at the end of vacuum piping.
Equipped with a shutoff valve to speed up the adsorption/destruction cycle.
