The Pneumadyne Advantage includes over 60 combinations, durable brass material, 1/16 & 1/32 orifice options and Several lengths & configurations. These air nozzles have flow rates of 1.5 & 6.5 scfm at 125 psi.
The air jet consists of nozzle, base, nut, holder, manifold and needle valve. These air jets are useful in moving applications, cooling applications and lubricant applications.
Pneumadyne's Air Jets are used in pneumatic control systems to deliver a narrow, directable stream of air or lubricant to a specific location within a machine. Originally developed to enhance the productivity of vibratory feeder bowls, Air Jets are used in a wide variety of systems including cooling, moving and lubricating applications. The modular design of our Air Jet system is one of the features that make our nozzles and bases adaptable to an unlimited number of applications.
