Air Nozzles
Pneumadyne's Air Nozzles or blow off nozzles, are used in pneumatic control systems. Their output is a narrow, directable stream of air or lubricant to a specific location within a machine. Pneumadyne's Air Nozzles have a modular design that allows it to be adaptable with an unlimited number of applications.

The Pneumadyne Advantage includes over 60 combinations, durable brass material, 1/16 & 1/32 orifice options and Several lengths & configurations. These air nozzles have flow rates of 1.5 & 6.5 scfm at 125 psi.

The air jet consists of nozzle, base, nut, holder, manifold and needle valve. These air jets are useful in moving applications, cooling applications and lubricant applications.

    Pneumadyne Air Jets were originally developed to enhance the productivity of vibratory feeder bowls. Since that first application, Air Jets have been used in a broad range of systems including: cooling, moving, blow off and lubrication applications. The modular design of Pneumadyne's Air Jet system is one of the features that makes it adaptable to an unlimited number of applications. The Air Jet Base is offered in three lengths to accommodate system requirements. Tighten the Air Nozzle on the Base with the Retaining Nut to complete the assembly.

    March 2013 - We recently expanded our Air Jet Base offering to make it even easier to include Pneumadyne Air Nozzles in your circuit. the new AJB-1/8 features 1/8 NPT threads for direct connection in a manifold or valve port. the .25Ø of our AJB-250PI base was designed for use with 1/4 OD push-in ports; ideal for installation in the output port of Pneumadyne's "11' Series control valves.

    Pneumadyne's Air Jet Holder is used to surface mount the Air Jet Assembly in an application. Insert the Air Jet Base through the slotted key hole and tighten the retaining screw to hold it in place. Four mounting holes are available to affix the Air Jet Holder to a machine member.
