    1. UBT Dedicated Air Tubing
    The 90% Solution

    The UBT is PISCO's most popular tube in the US. If your application runs on compressed air, this is the tube to start with. Same mechanical strength and flexibility as the UB series, at a lower price point.

  • Cost-effective. Designed specifically for air, so you are not paying for water compatibility you do not need.
  • 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Same pressure rating as the UB series. Handles standard factory pneumatics with room to spare.
  • Excellent oil resistance. Polyurethane construction handles oily factory environments without degradation.
  • 3mm to 12mm OD sizes. Covers the most common fitting sizes used in US pneumatic systems.

    Need water compatibility? The UB series is the step up. Same pressure rating as UBT, but compatible with both air and water. Available in 10 colors, ultra-small diameters down to 1.8mm, and clean-room packaging for semiconductor and pharma.

    HIGH PRESSURE OR HEAT
    NA Nylon. 2.0 MPa (290 psi), operates to 90°C. Air, water, and heat medium oil.

    CHEMICAL OR EXTREME TEMP
    SFT Fluoropolymer. -65 to 260°C. Semiconductor, pharma, chemical processing.

    TIGHT SPACES OR MOVING PARTS
    UC Soft for compact piping. UBS Low-Friction for cable chains. UL/NL Coiled for air tools.

    Nylon (NA / NB). High pressure to 2.0 MPa (290 psi), operates to 90°C. Air, water, and heat medium oil. Ideal for mold cooling.

    Anti-Spatter (FB). Flame-retardant cover for robotic welding cells. Anti-Static (UE). Conductive for electronics and PCB assembly.

    Polyolefin (CTA/CTB). Food safe, clean environments. Vacuum (UD). Ultra-soft for vacuum piping on moving parts.

    Spiral Coiled (UL / NL). Polyurethane or nylon coils for air tools and moving parts. 1 to 20 m lengths. 10 colors.

    Multi-Colored Ribbon (UQ / UCQ). 2 to 6 color-coded cores for multi-line piping. Custom configurations available.
